orders, we ship our packages via USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days),
USPS Priority-Mail (2-3 business days), or USPS Express Mail (1-2 business

On International Orders - We ship our packages by USPS First Class
International Air Mail. Unfortunately, no tracking number is available for
international orders. On average, it takes 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
However, each country's custom clearance time may vary and it may cause delay
on the delivery time.
Combined Shipping Policy - We offer 1 USD combined shipping discount for
additional products that you purchase from us. For example, you will receive 2
USD shipping discount if you purchase 3 products. As we do a manuel credit back
to you for these discounts, please email us a request for a shipping discount
after you pay for all of your items.

Only PayPal Payments are accepted at this time; however, you may utilize the
tools within PayPal to pay via your credit card. Paid items will be shipped

WARRANTY & RETURNS
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
Returns or exchanges requested more than 30 days after the purchase date will
require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer. For all
returns and exchanges, please include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals
A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returns or exchanges
and will be issued to you once an exchange or refund is requested. When sending
a product back, be sure to include this number on the package.
All opened returns or exchanges must be in like-new, re-sellable, original
factory condition. This includes all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and
accessories.Non-defective returns/exchanges are accepted less a 20% restocking
fee. However, we do not accept returns for opened and non-defective
screenprotectors, headphonesor earphones. No exceptions. We will issue a refund
or exchange for non-defective items once the product has arrived at our
facility. There are no restocking fees forall unopened (new or used) returns or
exchanges, but they are accepted less the shipping cost.
Defective Items -We will gladly exchange or refund the product that has
arrived defective if it is within 30 days of the order date. Please inform us
if you would like to proceed with either an exchange or with a full refund. For
exchanges, we will send out a replacement product immediately along with a
prepaid label to send the defective product back. For refunds, we will issue a
full refund once it is confirmed (with a tracking number) that the defective
product has been shipped back. A prepaid label will be provided via email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Items shipped out of the USA will void any warranty as
warranties areonly valid in the USA. For defective products, we will gladly
give a full refund or exchange. Please ship the item back to us using the most
affordable, economic shipping method and we will reimburse the cost to you. For
non-defective products, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and the return
exchange will be accepted less a 20% restocking fee.
Refused orders or cancellations made after the order has been shipped will be
refunded the item price minus a 20% restocking fee once the package is returned
to our warehouse.
